- Farm Tractors must be 1976 and older.
- Lawn and Garden tractors must be 1970 and older – NO mower decks.
- Antique Cars and Trucks must be 1970 and older – NO hot rods.
- Antique Motorcycles must be 1970 and older.
- Antique Snowmobiles must be 1976 and older.
- All worthy exhibits are welcome. However, we reserve the right to make the final determination.
- All drivers must be 16 and hold a valid license or be able to present a Club waiver driver’s license. All driving on the grounds must be slow and safe 24/7, or the vehicle and/or driver will be removed.
- A $25.00 fee is charged if selling any item on the showgrounds.
- No personal golf carts or ATVs are allowed on any part of the showgrounds. No exceptions
- No pets are allowed in the show area or to be left unattended in a vehicle on the showgrounds, including the parking lots. Pets are allowed at campsites only. They must be on a 6-foot leash or shorter and be kept quiet (within reason) at all times.
- All exhibits must be displayed in designated show areas.
- All personal property is to be removed from the showgrounds by no later than Tuesday morning following the last day of the show.
- 24-hour security and emergency services are available on the showgrounds during the show.
- Curfew is at 10:00 pm for ages 17 years and younger.
- All campfires in approved rings or containers
- Camping in designated camping areas only.
- Generator curfew is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Quiet generators with a maximum 68 dB noise level are allowed. If a generator is required during generator curfew hours, request a campsite in the generator camping area upon arrival.
- Any vehicles operating after dark or before dawn must have headlights on and operating.
- All club properties are considered “No open carry zones at all times”.
- No vehicles are allowed in the show area without a special registration permit.
- All vehicles on club grounds must be registered and have appropriate permits.
- No alcohol or drugs allowed on the showgrounds.
- No roving vendors are allowed on club property.
- No bicycles are allowed on the showgrounds.
- No unauthorized events.
- No unauthorized drone use. All drone use must be pre-approved by the Club’s board.
- No loud parties or alcoholic bashes. Any loud activities that prevent other campers from resting or sleeping will not be allowed. Violators will be removed from the grounds.
- The Club reserves the right to determine appropriate dress, language, and behavior.
- This is a family-friendly show. No gross obscenities, indecent clothing, or inappropriate behavior at any time.
- Any unsafe act or vandalism of any kind will become grounds for dismissal.
- Lost and Found is located at the Sound Booth (Building #10).
