The Club provides three camping areas during the show. (1) Main Grounds Camping near the showgrounds, (2) Generator Camping near the showgrounds, and (3) Pines Camping, which is across the road from the showgrounds.
All camping areas are primitive (NO water or electric hook-ups; water is available). If you camp on the main grounds, we require an advance of the gate fee (non-exhibitors) for all campers 13 years old and older for the remaining days of the show. (Thursday or before would be four days, Friday three days, and Saturday two days) (THIS CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR EARLY DEPARTURE). If you are camping in the Pines Camping area (off the main grounds), there is no advance gate fee; you are required to pay a daily gate fee for admission to the showgrounds.
We do not take advanced reservations.
Non-Exhibitor Camping Fee: A camping fee of $40.00 will be collected, plus the daily gate fee for the duration of the show, due to the ever-increasing expenses and the size of our Show. These fees help cover the costs such as Emergency Services, the local Fire Department, Police presence, and sanitation on Club Property during the show.
Camping Exhibitors: A camping fee of $40.00 will be collected. All worthy exhibits are allowed two free adult passes, plus up to two kids, 12 and under, get in free to the show. Additional adults and children will be charged admission. Exhibitors are allowed entrance to the showgrounds any time after 9:00 am on Tuesday, the week of the show.
Vendors and Non-Exhibitors are allowed admission to the showgrounds after 9:00 am on Wednesday, the week of the show.
The Club has a Holding Area for Exhibitors and Vendors, including an area for campers that will be open on Sunday before the show. Pines Camping is also open on the Sunday before the show.
No new camper admissions after 7:00 pm daily; new arrivals can set up in the Holding Area overnight.
