Our show depends on exhibitors, they make-up the greater portion of our show. We have yet to not find room for a worthy exhibit. The exhibit does not have to be fully restored and looking ‘show-room’ new, but must be a worthy exhibit. No advance notice or registration is required.
Exhibitors are not charged admission. Exhibitors and club members camping on the showgrounds will be charged a $40 maintenance fee. All worthy exhibits are allowed two adult passes plus any kids 12 & under for the show. Additional adults may be charged admission. Exhibitors are allowed admission to the show grounds any time after 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the week of the show. The club has a holding area for exhibitors and vendors, and an area for campers that will be open on Sunday prior to the show. The camping area across the road from the showgrounds is also open on the Sunday before the show. All exhibitors must adhere to all camping rules.
Tractors
Exhibitors with tractors are expected to check in at the Tractor Shack, where you will be assigned a parking spot for your tractor. You will then unload your tractor there and then proceed to find a spot in the general camping area. Utility trailers are expected to be parked in the trailer holding area across the road from the East Gate, unless they are a necessary part of your camping facilities. Drivers under 16 years of age will be required to receive a waiver to operate equipment on Club Property. Farm Tractors must be 1976 and older. Garden tractor and Antique cars and trucks must be 1970 and older.
