In 2009 the club voted to add a general store to our old time front street. Well, the Building committee has been very busy this summer with help from other club members to build the general store. Gail Schultz and her crew have been busy painting the siding and staning the woodwork for the inside of the store.
Gail has also been cataloging antiques that have been donated or loand to the club to outfit the inside of the store. The plan is to have a grand opening the Wednesday before the show. The store will be open all 4 days of the show, so you will be able to buy all kinds of old fashion goodie plus some camping staples you may have
forgot to pack.
We are still in need of a big coffee grinder. If you would like to donate, loan or sell the club one, please e-mail us.
