Tractors and Engines

Our show depends on exhibitors, they make-up the greater portion of our show. We have yet to not find room for a worthy exhibit. The exhibit does not have to be fully restored and looking 'show-room' new, but must be a worthy exhibit. No advance notice or registration is required.

Garden Tractors must have mower decks removed. The only exceptions being if it is an integral part of the unit. Tractors with mounted or attached equipment, such as front-end loader or sickle bars, may be required to have the teeth or forks guarded to prevent spearing or snagging.

Exhibitors are not charged for camping or gate fee. All worthy exhibits are allowed two passes for the show. Additional adults may be charged admission. Exhibitors are allowed admission to the show grounds any time after eight a.m. on Tuesday the week of the show. The club has a holding area for exhibitors and vendors, and an area for campers that will be open Sunday prior to the show. The camping area across the road from the show grounds is also open the Sunday before the show. All exhibitors must adhere to the all camping rules

Small Engines

Exhibitors with small engines and equipment are generally provided an area where they can camp with their exhibit. Vehicles and utility trailers not used for display or are a necessary part of your camping facilities, are expected to be parked in the trailer holding area across the road from the East Gate. If you are truly concerned about space, the size of your exhibit, or acceptability, your may contact the following persons for more information.

Tractors

Exhibitors with tractors are expected to check-in at the Tractor Shack where you will be assigned a parking spot for your tractor. You will then unload your tractor there and then proceed to find a spot in the general camping area. Utility trailers are expected to be parked in the trailer holding area across the road from the East Gate, unless they are a necessary part of your camping facilities. Drivers under 16 years of age will be required to receive a waiver to be able to operate a tractor.
